Score One for the Little Guy: Judges Rule New York Towns Can Keep Gas Drillers Out
The town of Dryden, New York officially has the right to ban fracking, (Hydraulic fracturing) a method for extracting oil and natural gas. This is a big win for the little guy in a fight against corporate drilling.
